Article 1 - Purpose
These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the sale of products offered by Eufy Make, including the EufyMake E1 3D textured UV printer.
Article 2 - Products
The products offered are electronic UV 3D printing equipment. Essential product characteristics are presented on the product page.
Products are delivered to the address provided by the customer when ordering.
Article 3 - Prices
Prices are indicated in Euros (EUR) and are firm and final. Shipping costs are included in the displayed price. Eufy Make reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood that the price shown on the site on the day of the order will be the only applicable price.
Article 4 - Payment
Payment is made by credit card:
- Visa
- Mastercard
Payment is secured by our payment partner. The order is validated upon receipt of payment.
Article 5 - Delivery
Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer when ordering. Delivery times are 2-4 weeks depending on the destination.
A tracking number will be provided to the customer as soon as the package is shipped.
Article 6 - Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable legislation, you have 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise your right of withdrawal.
The product must be returned in its original packaging, unused and in perfect condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Article 7 - Warranty
The EufyMake E1 comes with a 12-month manufacturer warranty covering manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or accidents.
In case of a defect covered by the warranty, the product will be repaired or replaced free of charge.

Article 9 - Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In case of dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution before any legal action.
